• Coordinate the work of own forces and subcontractors, ensuring the efficient use of materials and equipment
• Selection of subcontractors, negotiations, contracting;
• Cost and quality control, preparation of relevant documentation,
• Preparation of acceptance materials and as-built documentation;
• Maintaining customer relations.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education in the sanitary industry
• min. 3 years of experience as a sanitary works manager
• Construction authorization to manage construction works in the field of installation specialization in the field of networks, installations and equipment of water supply and sewage systems
• Familiarity with AutoCad software and MS Office package, especially Excel
• Knowledge of English and/or German at a communicative level will be an added advantage,
• ability to work in a team, communication skills
