La Marina estate is distinguished by its unusual location. The project was created with the growing needs of a large agglomeration such as the Katowice region in mind. Located just a few steps from Pogoria IV, one of the most beautiful lakes in the Silesian province, just 20 minutes from Katowice.

The design of the estate was created to harmonize with the surrounding nature. The climate of the estate provides harmony of contact with nature, active recreation with the possibility to use the infrastructure of the water sports center and urban life.

Excellent communication, as well as proximity to nature, guarantees our customers complete relaxation after a tiring day at work.

The houses were made of the highest quality materials. An air source heat pump and underfloor heating were used to heat the house. To increase the comfort of use, a recuperation system was established. All installations were made, and the layout of the rooms was designed to maximize its functionality.
