As part of an investment carried out by Dekpol Budownictwo Sp. z o.o., SMG Śląsk was responsible for the comprehensive execution of sanitary installations and HVAC systems for a modern production and storage hall of the Trilux company, located in Świdnik.

The scope of work entrusted included a full "design and build" model, including:

• Development of a detailed design of sanitary installations,

• Implementation of a vacuum roof drainage system,

• Implementation of the sanitary sewer system, including underfloor installation,

• Installation of hot and cold water systems,

• Implementation of ventilation and air conditioning systems,

• Installation of a gas system and heating of the facility.

The implementation was carried out in close cooperation with the general contractor and in accordance with the applicable construction law and engineering principles. All work was completed on time, in the period from January 29 to October 1, 2024.

The result of the work was the creation of efficient and energy-saving installation systems that provide hall users with comfortable and safe working conditions.
