We have launched the District Park Chorzów project.
District Park Chorzów is a response to European trends seeking to decarbonize industry, protect the ozone layer and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The entire area where the project is being developed is covered by national and European funding programs. Modern technologies and an excellent location are also major assets. - Designed halls in line with the current EU Decarbonization program 2024-2040 - Area of the investment site - 172 231 m² - Commercial area: HALA 1 - 26,300 m² ; HALA H2 - 35,700 m². - The site is covered by the Silesian Province 2021 - 2027 funding program from the Fund for Equitable Transformation - Fixed price guarantee for utilities for 4 years: gas, electricity, heat, refrigeration - Investment start date Q1 2025 - Railroad siding Silesia is one of the best-connected regions in Poland, mainly due to its historically manufacturing and industrial character. Successively expanding road infrastructure over the years, the area boasts the densest network of expressways and highways in the country. Its proximity to the Czech and Slovak borders makes international transportation particularly easy. Geographically, there are as many as 6 major European capitals within a 600 km radius of Katowice: Warsaw, Berlin, Prague, Budapest, Vienna and Bratislava. Moreover, the Euroterminal in nearby Slawkow (broad-gauge railroad) provides direct access to markets in Asia and the Americas. Katowice Airport, on the other hand, is the country's leader in cargo traffic among regional airports. The District Park Chorzów project is therefore located in the very center of the Agglomeration and in the heart of Upper Silesia. Silesia's excellent location also influences the continuous development of the business sector and the emergence of new investment needs. The Ministry of Industry, which is based in Katowice, forecasts further growth in this industrially strong region.We have performed a number of installations for Vida XL in an area of nearly 120,000 sq. ft:

The first "green stadium" in Poland - this is what the media called the new stadium in Opole, which we are building together with MIRBUD S.A..
We have already started our work. What are we going to do on this great facility?
We will comprehensively design and install air conditioning and chilled water, as well as mechanical ventilation for the main building. We will also provide ventilation for catering kiosks and sanitary facilities (outside the main building) and ventilation for cash registers.
The stadium in Opole will largely use RES.
On the roof on three sides - West, east and south - we will install photovoltaic panels with a capacity of about 280 kW. Energy circulation heat pumps and cogeneration units (simultaneous generation of energy and heat) . With these installations we want to make the stadium independent of conventional energy sources. CEO Michal Rosol talked about this in media interviews:
"In the main, we based the solution on heat pumps to provide a constant and uninterrupted supply of heat energy to the facility. On the other hand, during winter periods, we will use cogeneration generators to provide heat supply. In this way, we will make the facility independent of the supply of system heat."
We will also take care of plumbing and hydrant installation and white sanitary installation. We will create drainage for roofs and stands. We will also take care of servicing so that all installations work properly for many years.

We also installed automation with a control system, expanded the boiler room and engine room. Safety at the facility is ensured by the methane detectors we connected.
Our installations included a production hall, cold storage, freezer, offices, gatehouse and warehouse.

In 2020, we unloaded and relocated a 102-ton autoclave for Zotefoams Poland in Skarbimierz. We also installed a safety system, a comprehensive STS system and set up an autoclave service platform.
40,000 m³/h - this is the capacity of the Klimor mechanical ventilation system we installed in 2018 for Norma.
Provides ventilation and air conditioning for the production hall.
The basis of the cooling and air conditioning system is a 400 kW Daikin chiller.
For the plant, we designed and implemented cooling, ventilation and air conditioning for the injection molding hall, along with a process water system.
Heat management, ventilation, chilled water, gas - the paint shop of Adient Seating Poland in Siemianowice Slaskie needed many installations.
Optimal thermal management was particularly important. In 2019-2020:
In 2015, we completed the reconstruction of a 6MW boiler plant with a 40-meter emitter for Tauron at Studencka Street in Katowice. It meets the requirements for dust, sulfur oxides and nitrogen emissions. We made a freely controllable automation system with external management.
In 2017, we completed a cooling system for the Saint Gobain plant in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
We used existing air handling units, but expanded the systems to include chiller sections, 1 MW Daikin chillers.
We made the pipelines using a grooved connection system.
In 2017, we designed and manufactured the installations needed to weld automotive glass for Argon Saint Gobain in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
100 m3 and an operating pressure of 14 bar - for an autoclave with such parameters we made cooling and coupled air installations.
York chillers with a power rating of 2.5 MW, dry liquid coolers, a hydraulic system for the machine room with EPDM seals, and a central chilled water pipeline for metalworking cooling - all this we have done for the Adient plant in Siemianowice Slaskie over the course of 2017-2018.
We are betting on renewable energy sources. In 2018, we completed a heating and cooling system for Sest Luve in Gliwice.
We have developed a system based on RES. Among other things, we installed a Viessmann air-to-water heat pump with a total capacity of 1.2 MW and a Viesmann gas boiler plant with a capacity of 3.5 MW.
We connected our installation to an automatic building control system (Building Management System).
In 2018, we completed the expansion of the compressed air system for TNGA engine technology for Toyota. We made the pipelines using the Vic Taulic system.
